"Winning With Great Experiences in a Customer-First World"

In this digital-first world organisations also must operate to be customer-first. No matter the brand or enterprise, the new rules require you to engage individuals and deliver personalised experiences at every point in their journey. But the complexity is only growing. As CMOs, CX pros and tech leaders grapple with sprawl — wrestling with greater marketing demands, higher customer expectations, and rising complexity across martech, data and touchpoints — we’ll provide a vision for meeting the new marketing mandates and winning with experience.

2:45 - 3:15 pm:

AKQA Keynote

Creating Experiences That Matter”

In an age where empowered consumer are defining how and when they engage, where new business models and technologies continue to disrupt, we need to rethink how we deliver experiences to our audiences. As they race across screens and jump effortlessly between brand touchpoints, consumers expect a consistent, relevant and personalised experience across them all.

In this constantly changing, fast-paced environment we have an opportunity to forge a deeper emotional connection with customers not as a transaction, but as a series of meaningful experiences. Our job as digital marketers is to understand these experiences and define how we deliver them in a way that makes a difference.

We will explore with you how customer-centric thinking creates an opportunity for us to use digital technology to deliver experiences that matter. We will discuss the role of rapid prototyping and R&D in developing solutions that solve real-world problems for users.

3:15 - 3:30 pm: Afternoon Break
3:30 - 4:15 pm:

Digital leaders and industry experts answer questions about key trends, organisational priorities, their most impactful experience initiatives and what they’ve discovered it takes to achieve success in a customer-first, fast-changing world and impart lessons you can take back to your team.
