"Winning With Great Experiences in a Customer-First World"

In this digital-first world organisations also must operate to be customer-first. No matter the brand or enterprise, the new rules require you to engage individuals and deliver personalised experiences at every point in their journey. But the complexity is only growing. As CMOs, CX pros and tech leaders grapple with sprawl — wrestling with greater marketing demands, higher customer expectations, and rising complexity across martech, data and touchpoints — we’ll provide a vision for meeting the new marketing mandates and winning with experience.

2:45 - 3:15 pm:

Loud&Clear Keynote

“Bringing Velocity and Momentum to Digital Transformation Projects”

If your digital transformation efforts feel like they are forever stuck in the planning stage - you're not alone. Fear, risk and the unknown often paralyse organisations. Transformation is not a tick-the-box, one-off project - it's constant and ever evolving.

Whilst bringing velocity to rapid transformation delivers quick wins, there is a perceived risk that more can go wrong when this approach is taken. At what point does the opportunity lost outweigh the purpose of bringing that vision to life?

Drawing on lessons learned from high-velocity digital transformations for enterprise built on Drupal and Acquia, Ben will bring to life a framework for delivering customer value in just 12 weeks.

3:15 - 3:30 pm: Afternoon Break
3:30 - 4:15 pm:

Customer Panel: BIG Ideas in Digital

Digital leaders and industry experts answer questions about key trends, organisational priorities, their most impactful experience initiatives and what they’ve discovered it takes to achieve success in a customer-first, fast-changing world and impart lessons you can take back to your team.

4:15 - 4:30 pm: Wrap Up & Closing
4:30 - 6:00 pm: Networking Reception
