"Winning With Great Experiences in a Customer-First World"

In this digital-first world organisations also must operate to be customer-first. No matter the brand or enterprise, the new rules require you to engage individuals and deliver personalised experiences at every point in their journey. But the complexity is only growing. As CMOs, CX pros and tech leaders grapple with sprawl — wrestling with greater marketing demands, higher customer expectations, and rising complexity across martech, data and touchpoints — we’ll provide a vision for meeting the new marketing mandates and winning with experience.

2:45 - 3:15 pm:

MullenLowe Profero Keynote

"Consumer journeys: The messy marriage of brand and experience

The role of marketers and their digital counterparts has drastically changed. Marketers are not only looked at to be the experts in communication but now they’re having to wear the additional hats of technologist and experience manager.

In contrast, technology departments are being asked to play an increasingly hands-on role in communications and brand experience. With many struggling to navigate this brave new intersection, how can these two reconcile the sometimes opposing worlds of brand and experience to ensure the delivery of differentiated brand experiences throughout the customer journeys?

From a comms background and thrust into technology himself, Mark will offer some marriage advice on how to overcome the often fractious relationship between the two.;
